For combine harvester knife section, we have our own special method to make teeth hardened and wearable, to prolong its life. Suitable hardness is HRC 45-55. it will be not wear-resistant if hardness lower than HRC40; and will be crisp if hardness higher than HRC60.

Usually different grain is suitable to different tooth. For example, JD combine harvester for cutting rice the best is 21-22 tooth knife sections; CLAAS combine harvester for cutting wheat the best is 28 tooth knife sections. Usually for soybeans harvesters we use course tooth harvester blades, and for wheat and grass harvesters we use fine tooth harvester blades.
3. Beautiful surface treatment. Now we have 6 methods of surface treatment:
a) Galvanized white zinc, It looks cleaner and sharper, rust prevention time---2 years;
b) Galvanized yellow zinc, it looks more beautiful, rust prevention time---3 years;
