we have more than 100 models of knife section moulds.
for one model of knife section, there are 9 steps:
1. size punching 2. print logo 3. pressing teeth 4. wearing 5. heat-treatment 6. wearing again 7. cleaning 8. surface treatment 9. packing
During manufacturing combine harvester knife sections, we need to change mould for new order.
and steps 1 2 3 5 need mould.
for each step, 10000 pcs/day.
so our min order is 10000 pcs for each model of knife section.
then adjustment before manufacturing is important for each step, it usually takes 2-3 hours to change mould.
then we can manufacture continuously 20 days if order 200000 pcs, it's very important.
it will save too much time if quantity large. so, the larger order quantity, the lower order price.
